Dr. La, Anna, and Criser were great! They were super transparent, patient and helped me understand anything that was confusing to me.

My appointment was 8:30am few months ago. Guess what i was waiting for 2 hours just for check in. they made me half day was gone and couldn't do nothing at that day. Cause I have another appointment coming soon, I am very worry about the time make me uncomfortable. So I called them asked why for new customers have to wait for 2 hours to check in. After that when I called them to complain about how come for new customers have to wait for such longer, the lady (reception) explained all BS, cause have to check baaba~~~,but my question was why for the new customers have to wait about 2 hours just for check in and wait for another half hour to do the exray,and wait for another 10 to 15 mins finally can see your new doctor and wait for another 15 minutes can do really clean teeth ot other stuff. My half day was gone. And I have others to do . And very rude things was when I said have a good day before hang up the phone, she already hung up the phone. I really don't know how the yelp said they are good, are the pay for them or friends or relatives~~~? Very surprised their service.
